Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System Affiliation Decision

Harry Weis, Natividad Medical Center CEO, Makes a Formal Statement

We know that this was not an easy decision in light of future changes in health care affecting us all. While we highly value and respect the significant contributions that SVMHS has made in improving health care in our community for over sixty years, we believe that a merger between Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital and Natividad Medical Center would have built on the strengths, expertise, and experience of both hospitals.
