Meet Our Management Team

Harry Weis
Chief Executive Officer
Harry Weis is the Chief Executive Officer for the Natividad Medical
Center. Weis began his professional career in 1977 and has over 31
years of experience in executive healthcare administration with a
strong success record in profitability and turnarounds. He has
managed both for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals and has played
a role in reinventing healthcare delivery. Weis has managed many
complex financial situations, including hospitals in poor financial
condition, hospitals with public financial offerings and selling
hospitals.
Weis most recently served as Director of Wellspring Management
Services, LLC, the company contracted with Natividad to manage the
hospital during its time of transition.
Mr. Weis earned a Master of Health Administration from the
University of LaVerne and a Bachelor of Business Administration in
Accounting from Southwestern Adventist University. |

Gary Gray, D.O.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Gary Gray is the Chief Medical Officer at the Natividad Medical
Center. He most recently served as Chief of Staff and Director of
the Family Practice Residency Program at the hospital. He is
certified by the American Board of Family Practice and was formerly
Assistant Professor and Director of Pre-Doctoral Education for the
Department of Family Medicine at Georgetown University School of
Medicine in Washington, D.C.
He received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of
Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa and
completed a residency and internship in Family Medicine at Womack
Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Gray was
previously a staff physician at the former Fort Ord and in private
practice in Denver, Colorado. |

Kirk B. Larson
Chief Information Officer
Kirk Larson is the Chief Information Officer of Natividad Medical
Center. Mr. Larson came to Natividad from Cerner Corporation, a $1.5
billion global healthcare consulting company. While at Cerner, he
held several senior management roles. In these roles, he specialized
in business strategy, led large scale system implementations, and
consulted with clients around the world.
Previously, Mr. Larson held key positions with Medco Health
Solutions, NorthShore University Health System, and Arthur Andersen,
LLP. He holds a Master of Health Services Administration and a
Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan
and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics magna cum laude from North
Central College in Naperville, Illinois. |

Carol Adams
Assistant Administrator for Planning & Business Development
Carol Adams served as Vice President at Dominican Hospital in Santa
Cruz for nearly twenty years before coming to Natividad Medical
Center as the Assistant Administrator for Planning & Business
Development. Prior to her employment at Dominican, Ms. Adams worked
as an Assistant Administrator at Huntington Memorial Hospital in
Pasadena, CA, and as Marketing Manager at the Neuropsychiatric
Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Ms. Adams earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master
of Public Health in Health Services Administration from UCLA. |

Carol Jordan
Chief Nursing Officer
Carol Jordan earned multiple degrees from the University of
Connecticut, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of
Science in Nursing and an MBA emphasizing Health Care Administration
and Finance.
Prior to joining Natividad Medical Center’s staff in 2007, Ms.
Jordan served as the Director of Inpatient Services, Surgical
Services Division, for the Hospital of St. Raphael, a 511-bed
non-profit acute care teaching hospital in New Haven, Connecticut.
Ms. Jordan founded the Nursing Career Center of Connecticut in 1999
and maintains active membership in several national professional
organizations. |

Andrea Rosenberg
Assistant Administrator, Operations & Support Services
Andrea Rosenberg is the Assistant Administrator for Operations and
Support Services after serving in various leadership roles at the
Hospital since 2004. Prior to joining NMC’s staff, Ms. Rosenberg
filled key administrative leadership roles for The Women’s Hospital
of Texas in Houston as well as Bayshore Medical Center in Pasadena,
Texas.
Ms. Rosenberg earned both a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and
Molecular Biology and a Master of Health Administration from Tulane
University in New Orleans, Louisiana. |

Janine Bouyea
Hospital Human Resources Administrator
Janine Bouyea is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources
Department, Hospital Education, Employee Health and oversight of the
Volunteer Auxiliary. She began her career with the County of
Monterey in the Human Resources Department of the County
Administrative Office. She then transferred to Natividad Medical
Center to take on the role of Personnel Analyst were she quickly
moved on to the position of Associate Personnel Analyst before being
promoted to her current role as Hospital Human Resources
Administrator.
She earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Golden Gate
University and a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University. |

Jane Finney
Director of Quality Services
Jane Finney is the Quality Director at Natividad Medical Center. A
native of Salinas, she began her career in the medical field as a
Clinical Laboratory Scientist at the Children’s Hospital of Los
Angeles. In 1983 she joined the staff at Natividad Medical Center
and was promoted to the position of Laboratory Manager, a position
she held for 8 years. In 1998, she advanced to her current position
of Quality Director.
Ms. Finney graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in
Biology with a minor in Medical Technology from the California State
University, Dominguez Hills. She is a Certified Professional in
Healthcare Quality and is currently pursuing an MBA with a
concentration in Health Services Management from Golden Gate
University. |
