Laboratory Services
The Laboratory department is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for
blood collection, specimen processing, analytical testing & results
reporting.
Pharmacy Services
The Pharmacy Department provides pharmaceutical services for all
inpatients with acute and chronic diseases. There is a pharmacist on call
during off-hours and for emergency situations.
Translation Services
The CYRACOM Phone System is a special phone technology that
allows the patient to speak with someone in their native tongue. In
addition, many of the NMC staff have bi-lingual skills to assist in
translation for patients.
Case Management
Services
This department utilizes Registered Nurses who work directly with attending
physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and outside agencies to organize
appropriate levels of care and a safe discharge plan.
Medical Records
This department collects and processes patient information.
Services include release of patient information, transcription, assembly and
analysis, birth and death registries, record retrieval for reviews and
patient care appointments, physician services and discharge data collection.
It is open to the public Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
