Occupational Medicine/Employee Health provides comprehensive medical
care for industrial injuries, workers comp related services, federally
regulated exams and return to work evaluations for Natividad Medical Center
and , Monterey County employees. “On-Duty” Medical services and wellness and
prevention programs are also offered This service is open to the public at
large for any/all work comp injuries. .
Sally P. Archer Child Advocacy Center and Bates-Eldredge Child Sex Abuse Clinic
The Sally P. Archer Child Advocacy Center and Bates-Eldredge Child
Sexual Abuse Clinic for Monterey County is located at Natividad Medical
Center in the Barnet J. Segal Outpatient Center. Physicians perform
medical-legal examinations to evaluate cases of suspected or actual child
abuse to provide documented evidence to assist in the prosecution of
criminal cases. It is the only service of its kind in Monterey County.

Outpatient Rehabilitative Services:
Sam Karas Rehabilitation Center - Outpatient rehabilitation services are provided for patients on
a referral basis.
Rehabilitative Services provide evaluation and treatment for all ages
and physical disabilities. Services include occupational, physical and speech
therapies for inpatients and outpatients to restore, maintain and improve
the patient’s optimum level of self-care, responsibility, independence and
quality of life following injury or illness. The Sam Karas Rehabilitation
