Jay Kaplan of the Studer Group gave customer service presentations at 7:30, noon and 2:30 in the SEA on May 7th courtesy of California Emergency Physicians and courtesy of NMC ED Medical Director, Dr. Jeff Bass.

Dr. Kaplan is a consultant with The Studer Group and has worked closely with Dr. Bass in the past on increasing patient satisfaction in the ED. All sessions were well attended and employees appreciated Dr. Kaplan's insightful and oftentimes humorous anecdotes on patient satisfaction.
