Carol Adams, former VP of Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA. has been hired to be the Interim Strategic Planning and Institutional Development Administrator. She will continue in this position until a permanent administrator is appointed. Carol will have responsibility for strategic planning, marketing and institutional development while overseeing Public Relations, the Volunteers and interfacing with the Natividad Medical Foundation. She has a history of success in hospital operations, patient relations, physician relations, management development, and strategic planning within an acute care setting, most recently at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz.
