Natividad Andrea Rosenberg Appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer

Andrea Rosenberg, Chief Operating Officer responsible for Laboratory, Imaging, Outpatient Clinics, Cardiopulmonary, Dietary, Housekeeping, Laundry, Engineering, Security & Safety has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer by the Natividad BOT and the County Board of Supervisors effective August 22, 2006.

Ms Rosenberg held positions within Administration with HCA in Houston prior to joining Natividad Medical Center. She replaces former Ceo Chad Chadwick who will transition to County Administration to work on development of a health care product for the uninsured for Monterey County.

Ms Rosenberg will serve as Interim CEO for the 90- day time period (beginning August 06) during which the BOT and BOS will select a management company to operate Natividad for the next 24 months. Chuck Jervis, former Interim CEO for Natividad has been hired to write the RFP for the Management firms.
