To voice a concern, call 831-755-4008 and speak with a patient relations representative, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

If you feel that your concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you may contact the Joint Commissions Office of Quality Monitoring to report a concern or register a complaint by calling 1-800-994-6610 or by sending an email to
