Our Mission
Provide a comprehensive rehabilitation program of the highest quality
in order to improve the functional independence of those we serve. The Sam Karas
Rehabilitation Unit is located in the 100 Building of the Natividad
Medical Center (view map). It has been designed to assist patients and
their families with the transition from an acute hospital setting to
home. This 20-bed unit has a dedicated medical director, high staff to
patient ratios and an individualized therapy program tailored to patient
needs. One-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions help
patients reach a high level of functional independence to return home
safely and with confidence. |
