The Natividad Family Medicine Residency is a vibrant, community-centered training program committed to developing exceptional full-spectrum family physicians. As a stand‑alone residency with 30 dedicated residents, the program offers an immersive learning environment where trainees take primary clinical responsibility for their patients across inpatient, outpatient, obstetric, and emergency settings.

Located in Salinas, California, Natividad serves a richly diverse patient population, including many agricultural workers, immigrants, and multilingual families.
