The following Clinics located at Natividad Medical Center are operated by the Monterey County Health Department:
Laurel Pediatrics is staffed by Board Certified Pediatricians who are California Children’s Services providers. Both primary care and specialty care services are provided. Pediatric specialists come monthly from the University of California, San Francisco’s medical faculty and provide local residents with access to specialty pediatrics services, including Pediatric Child Neurology, Pediatric Child Nephrology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Pediatric Pulmonary, Pediatric Urology, and Pediatric Endocrinology.
Laurel Women’s Health Clinic offers full scope obstetrics, gynecology and perinatology services. The high risk clinic treats gestational diabetes and other high risk cases with supporting services provided by a diabetes educator and Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program workers. Nurse practitioners provide patients with preventive health services, and ultrasonography is available in this clinic. Staff in our Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) offers enhanced dietary, health education and psychosocial counseling to pregnant women. The CPSP program accepts referrals from other clinics in the region.
The Internal Medicine clinic offers full scope Internal Medicine services, provided by Board Certified Physicians. Both primary care and specialty care services are provided. Specialty Endocrinology, Rheumatology and Pulmonology services complete the scope of services provided by this clinic.
Laurel Family Practice Clinic offers full scope family medicine services, serving all ages. The Clinic is included in the University of California, San Francisco’s Family residency training program.
