Patients have the right to request language assistance when receiving care at Natividad.

If you need an interpreter, let your health care provider, nurse or another member of your care team know your preferred language. Our staff can help arrange interpreter services for your visit or stay.

Interpretation Services

Our Interpreter Services provide communication assistance through several options to help meet the needs of our patients and families.

In-Person Interpretation

Qualified interpreters may be available to assist patients and their care teams in person. Availability may vary by language and location.

Video Interpretation

Interpreter Services extend beyond spoken-language interpretation to help ensure patients can effectively communicate with their health care team.
