Monterey County faces diabetes ‘tsunami’

SALINAS, CA (March 10, 2016) – A new report released today reinforces what Monterey County medical experts have been saying about the rising tide of diabetes in this community.
“It’s not an epidemic, it’s a tsunami,” observes Dana Armstrong, director of diabetes services at the Salinas Valley Memorial Clinic.
