CHOICE, is a hospital-based violence intervention and prevention program sponsored by Natividad Foundation, which provides direct services to victims of violence seen at Natividad Trauma Center. The CHOICE team provides services for victims of gunshot wounds, stabbings, and assaults for those aged 13-30, meeting patients at their bedsides to provide support and advocacy.
