Ethical Questions and Concerns

Making healthcare decisions can sometimes be difficult, especially when treatment options involve complex medical, ethical, or personal considerations. If you have questions or concerns related to healthcare decisions, treatment choices, or other issues affecting a patient’s care, Natividad’s Bioethics Committee is available to provide guidance and support.

The Bioethics Committee serves as a resource for patients, family members, loved ones, and members of the healthcare team when ethical questions arise. Committee consultations are intended to support informed decision-making and are advisory in nature.

To request a Bioethics Committee consultation, please contact your physician, nurse, case manager, chaplain, or any member of your care team.

Our goal is to ensure that patients and families feel supported, respected, and informed when making important healthcare decisions.
