For community outreach, Natividad offers a high school nurse camp to provide an opportunity for youth to explore nursing careers through simulation activities and hospital exposure.

Natividad offers a RN New Graduate Program to support a seamless transition into the nursing workforce, with individualized curriculum for critical care, adult acute care services, and perinatal care. Continuing education classes are also offered to the nursing staff through various platforms.

Natividad supports advanced education for nursing and provides opportunities for nurses to complete clinical rotations associated with Bachelor, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees as well as Nurse Practitioner programs.
