Natividad accepts applications through ERAS, the Electronic Residency Application Service. 

Applications received early in the season are more likely to be reviewed and considered for interviews, which take place from mid-October through December.   

If you are selected to interview, you will be contacted by phone or email. 

Complete applications include the following:

• ERAS Application
• Personal Statement, addressing:
  • Desire to work with underserved communities
  • Interest in full spectrum training
  • Level of Spanish proficiency
  • Future practice plans
  • A list of your senior rotations
• MSPE
• Letters of Recommendation (3 or more)
• Medical School Transcript
• USMLE/COMLEX Scores 1 and 2
